POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 tub sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
2 c. shredded cheese (1 c. cheese for top of dish)

Mix sour cream, soup, butter and 1 cup cheese together. Put in a 9 x 13 pan and stir in hash browns. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
