POTATO LASAGNA | |
2 lbs. potatoes (approximately) 16 oz. cottage cheese 12 oz. Ricotta cheese 1 sm. onion 2 eggs 2 lbs. ground beef 1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce 1 sm. green pepper Par boil 2 pounds potatoes; peel. Mix cottage cheese, Ricotta, and 2 eggs together. Brown meat, onion, and green pepper. Add sauce; simmer. Slice potatoes. Layer potatoes, sauce, and cheese; mix alternate layers in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. |
