EGGS AND PEPPERONI BRUNCH 
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
3 oz. diced pepperoni
1/4 tsp. basil
5 eggs
3/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle cheese and pepperoni in square baking dish. Beat eggs, milk and basil until well blended. Pour over cheese and pepperoni. Bake 25 to 30 minutes (clean knife test) 240 calories per 6 servings. Great with breadsticks and a salad or hash browns.
