PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 lbs. chocolate almond bark

Mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar together and roll into balls. Buy the small candy cups (miniature cupcake holders). Pour enough melted almond bark to cover the bottom of the candy cup. Put in a peanut butter ball and cover the top with almond bark. It takes 15 to 30 minutes for the almond bark to harden and you can store in a cool dry place.
