FRUIT CAKE (10 lb.) 
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. candied mixed fruit
2/3 c. honey
2/3 c. molasses
1 lb. butter (softened)
4 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 lbs. seedless raisins
1 lb. currants
2 lbs. chopped nuts
1 c. milk
12 eggs (beaten)
1 lb. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves

Mix all ingredients together. Divide into 2 tube pans. Bake about 3 hours in very slow oven.
