TOMATO PORK CHOPS 
4 (1") pork chops
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 can tomato soup
Salt
Pepper

Place pork chops in a 9 x 13 inch pan. On top of each pork chop, place an onion slice. Cover each pork chop and onion with the tomato soup. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover pan and continue to bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Can be served with baked potato or rice, and corn. Spoon sauce over both. Makes 4 servings.
