TOMATO PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 can tomato soup
1 egg
Italian bread crumbs
Oil
1/2 can water
Sprinkle of sugar
Salt and pepper

Beat egg. Dip pork chops in egg, then bread crumbs. Brown on both sides in oil. Pour tomato soup on pork chops in frying pan. Add salt, pepper, and sprinkle with sugar. Add water. Cover and turn heat to simmer. Cook 45 to 50 minutes on LOW heat. Spoon tomato soup over pork chops while cooking. Serve with mashed potatoes.
