TORTILLA TURTLES 
1 pkg. soft tortilla shells, cut into pie wedge shapes of 8
Oil for deep frying
1/2 c. sugar
2-3 tbsp. cinnamon

Deep fry tortilla wedges until golden brown. Remove from oil and place on paper towels. Combine sugar and cinnamon in paper sack. Place browned shells in paper sack and shake until all are coated.

CHOCOLATE SAUCE:

1/3 c. real whipped cream
Approx. 20 caramels
1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Combine cream, caramels and chocolate chips in a sauce and melt over low heat. Place coated shells on plate and spoon chocolate sauce over them. You may sprinkle chopped nuts on top if you wish.
