CHOCOLATE PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. solid packed canned pumpkin
1 pkg. Nestle's semi sweets
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (or a little more)
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Make well in the center. In a small bowl combine milk, pumpkin, butter and egg. Add to flour mixture. Add semi sweets and mix just until batter is good and moist. Spoon mixture into greased muffin tin, fill each about 3/4 full. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon or so chopped nuts over the muffin. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from tin.

Go ahead and double this one and spend an extra hour in the kitchen. They are so good and I promise they will disappear before your eyes.
