EASY COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix or use your own recipe for plain cake

Bake cake mix as directed on box. Make 3 thin layers.

FILLING:

2 c. sour cream
2 c. sugar
12 oz. frozen coconut

Spread filling between layers. For outside, use remainder of filling and add Cool Whip. Spread over cake and pat coconut on to icing.
