3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 c. water

Mix all ingredients together in ungreased 9x13 baking pan. Beat at low speed. Mixture will be thin, so don't beat too long. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Frost with Katy Baker Frosting.
