SCALLOPS MARCUS 
1 1/2 lb. scallops
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. white wine (dry)
1 clove garlic
1 sprig parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Lemon wedges

Melt butter in a small saucepan.

Add wine, garlic, and parsley and blend thoroughly.

Sprinkle scallops with lemon juice and place in baking dish.

Pour wine mixture over scallops and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Garnish with lemon wedges.

Makes 6 servings - 120 calories each.
