BUSY DAY STEW 
2 lbs. beef round roast or stew meat
8 carrots
4 potatoes
1 c. celery
1 tbsp. pepper
16 oz. can tomatoes
3 med. onions
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. minute tapioca

Place all ingredients in a large covered pan (do not brown meat first). Cook at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
