1 pkg. 15 beans 1 ham bone 1 tsp. salt 1 lg. onion 1/2 c. celery Cook ham bone in large pot to make broth. Wash and cook beans in broth. Add celery and onion about 1/2 way through cooking. Makes a large pot of good soup. You can cook beans overnight. | |
