HOT POTATO SALAD 
1 (9x13 inch) baking dish
10 sm. potatoes
1 sm. onion
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. bacon
5 hard boiled eggs
Olives (optional)

Cut potatoes into cubes and boil until done. Chop up onion, add to potatoes. Cut cheese into cubes and mix with potatoes and onions. Add diced olives if desired. Fry bacon crisp and crumble. Cover top of potato salad. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover top of potato salad with sliced hard boiled eggs. Serve hot and enjoy.
