FAVORITE FRUIT BOWL 
1 c. almonds
1 c. chopped dates
4 bananas, sliced
4 oranges, peeled and cut up
2 apples, cut up
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut up
1 c. low calorie peach yogurt

Combine nuts and fruits in bowl. Pour yogurt over combination. Any favorite fruit can be used. 8 to 10 servings.
