POTATO SOUP 
5 med. carrots (cut fine)
7 sm. potatoes (cut fine)
1 med. onion (cut fine)
2 tbsp. butter
6 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 c. parsley (cut fine)
1 tsp. dill weed
1 lg. can Carnation Milk (add last and do not boil)

Boil the carrots and potatoes in the 6 cups of water. Saute onion in butter. When vegetables are well done, add onion, salt, pepper, parsley and dill weed. At very last, add Carnation milk and serve. Garnish with crushed bacon and parsley.
