GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST PIE SHELL 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. fine graham cracker crust crumbs
1/4 c. granulated or packed brown sugar

1. Place butter in 9" pie plate. Microwave at High (100%) until melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add graham cracker crumbs and sugar; mix thoroughly. Press mixture firmly against bottom and sides of pie plate.

2. Microwave at Medium-High (70%) until hot, 2 to 4 minutes. Rotate once or twice during cooking. Cool completely before filling. Makes 9" pie.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
