DUTCH CHOP SUEY 
1-3 lb. beef or veal
1-3 lb. pork
1 lg. or 2 average onion
1/3 to 1 qt. stewed tomatoes
1-4 tbsp. molasses
1 can bean sprouts; optional

Fry meat with lard and butter to brown and simmer. Add celery, diced onions, and cook well. 1/2 hour before serving add tomatoes and molasses. Just before serving add bean sprouts.

6 pounds of meat serves 12-15 or more. 2 pounds of meat serves 4.
