MA'S CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. veal
1 lb. pork
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 pt. chili sauce
3 or 4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms

Cut veal and pork into 1/2 inch cubes. Brown meats in the oven or saute on top of the stove. Add water to cover and simmer. Add salt, pepper, onions, celery, chili sauce, soy sauce, bean sprouts, and mushrooms. Simmer until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
