CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. beef, pork, veal (or just pork & veal)
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. onions, chopped
3 tbsp. Shou You sauce
1 c. bean sprouts

Cube meat in small pieces, fry in well greased pan until nearly done. Then add celery, onions and saute. Add 1 cup water until vegetables are nearly done, add bean sprouts. Thicken slightly. Serve over rice.
