1 1/2 lbs. veal. cubed 1 1/2 lbs. pork, cubed 3 lg. onions, chopped 1 bunch celery, chopped 2 cans mushrooms 1 can bean sprouts 1 can LaChoy vegetables Simmer veal and pork for 20 minutes. Add onions and celery and simmer with meat 20 minutes again. Add mushrooms, bean sprouts and vegetables. Cover with water. Add enough La Choy sauce to make it salty and brown. Cook until meat is tender. Thicken. Serve over rice. |
