PEPPERONI BREAD | |
2 (1 lb.) loaves of frozen bread dough 1 egg, beaten with a dash of parsley flakes 1 stick of pepperoni sliced as thinly as possible 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 4 oz. American cheese, shredded 1 stick New York extra sharp Cheddar, cut into small pieces Let bread dough thaw and rise. Combine two loaves into one with a minimun of squeezing. Spread dough into a rectangle with fingers. Pour egg/parsley mixture over the dough. Top with pepperoni slices, Mozzarella, American, and Cheddar cheese. Roll up like a jelly roll. Place on cookie sheet, seam side down. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until well browned outside and cooked through inside. |
