CINNAMON LOGS 
1 loaf white sandwich bread
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar, mixed with 2 tsp. cinnamon

Cut crusts off bread (I use electric knife), flatten each piece with a rolling pin. Spread thin layer of cream cheese on each slice and roll up. Put on cookie sheet with seam side down. Freeze. When frozen take off cookie sheet and cut each log in half. Dip in melted butter and quickly roll in cinnamon sugar. Put back on cookie sheet and freeze until firm. When frozen, you may store in freezer bag in the freezer. Bake seam side down in 350 degree oven for about 15 to 17 minutes.
