1 c. buttermilk
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 carton Cool whip
1/2 pkg. crushed Fudge Stripes cookies
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Stir together buttermilk and pudding. Add Cool Whip crushed cookies. Add pineapple and oranges. Cover bowl with 1/4 package crushed cookies.
