BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 c. buttermilk
1 lb. cream cheese
1 qt. mayonnaise
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tsp. white pepper
1 lb. blue cheese, crumbled

In mixer, whip cream cheese until soft at high speed, scrape down sides. Add buttermilk, beat at medium speed until creamy. Add mayonnaise, mix very slowly. Add vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, honey and Accent. Slowly add blue cheese. Mix 3-5 minutes. If dressing is too thick, add more buttermilk.
