FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE AND ICING 
1 med. can fruit cocktail
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour (self-rising)
1 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix well. Pour into ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 c. coconut

Boil milk, butter and sugar until thick. Then add coconut and vanilla. Pour over cake.
