COKE CAKE 
2 c. flour
3 heaping tsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 stick butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. Coca Cola
2 eggs, unbeaten
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Bring to a boil the butter, oil and Coca Cola. Add to dry ingredients along with the eggs and buttermilk. Beat until smooth. Batter will be thin. Fold in 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows. Turn into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread marshmallow around with a spatula. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick butter
3 heaping tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Coke
3/4 of a box of confectioner sugar

Bring margairne, cocoa and Coke to a boil. Put abaout 3/4 box of confectioners sugar in a bowl. Add the boiled mixture to the sugar a little at a time. Beat the mixture until it is just a little thin, but not runny. Add one cup chopped walnuts (1/2 cup coconut, optional). If frosting is too thick, add a little milk. Spread over warm cake and enjoy.
