SUPER SUMMER SALAD 
2 c. thinly sliced bananas or peaches
2 tbsp. orange juice
6 c. torn fresh spinach
6 c. torn green leaf lettuce
1 c. shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
3 c. red or green grapes
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/2 c. bottled sweet and spicy French or cole slaw dressing

Toss bananas and orange juice together in a large bowl. Add spinach, lettuce, grapes and cheese and toss well. Stir together the dressing and poppy seeds; pour over the salad and toss well. Serve immediately. About 10 servings.
