PUMPKIN CAKE 
Cake:

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour

Frosting:

1 stick butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together: 4 eggs, 1 1/2 cups pumpkin, 1 cup salad oil, 2 cups sugar.

2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour

Grease and flour two 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Beat all together: 1 stick softened butter, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 8 ounce package cream cheese, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1 box confectioners sugar.

After beating all together, spread frosting on top of baked cake.
