FRUIT COCKTAIL MOLD | |
1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin 1 (7 oz.) bottle ginger ale, chilled 2 tbsp. lemon juice Drain fruit cocktail, reserving syrup. Add water to syrup to make 1 cup. Heat to boiling. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool. Gently stir in ginger ale and lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Fold in drained fruit. Pour into 3 1/2 cup mold. Chill until firm. Makes 4-5 servings. |
