FRIED STEWED NOODLES 
1/2 c. cooked shrimp, chicken, ham and pork
1 onion, sliced
4 garlic cloves
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. cabbage
1 lb. fine egg noodles or rice noodles
2 limes, sliced thin

Fry shrimp, chicken, ham and pork with onion and garlic in 1/4 cup of cooking oil for 3 minutes. Drain and reserve half of mixture. Add soy sauce to the remainder; cover and cook for 5 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Cook noodles for 2 minutes in boiling unsalted water; drain. Fry in remaining oil until light brown. Add to cabbage mixture. Serve garnished with lime slices and reserved meats. 6 servings.
