FROZEN STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
FILLING:

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (1/2 c. sugar) OR 1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries, chopped fine (1 c. sugar)
2 egg whites
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 sm. Cool Whip

Start beating egg whites on high. Add strawberries and lemon juice and continue beating until very fluffy. Fold in all of Cool Whip (add as much of the strawberry juice as you can and still remain very stiff). Spread on cool crust and freeze.
