SUNDAE CHOCOLATE SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned), uncooked
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. chocolate syrup
Vanilla ice cream
Sliced strawberries
Crunchy Dessert Topping

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 8 inch square baking pan. Combine oats, nuts, butter, and brown sugar; mix well. Press into pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Drizzle with syrup; cool completely. Cut into 9 squares; top each with scoop of ice cream. Freeze 1 hour or until firm. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before topping with strawberries, sweetened to taste, and Crunchy Dessert Topping. 9 servings.

Note: Dessert can be made ahead. Warp securely; freeze until ready to serve.
