BLUEBERRY PIE | |
1 c. English walnuts or pecans 1 box powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 1 can blueberry pie filling 2 (9 inch) deep dish pie shells Let pie shells soften then push nuts into soft shells. Bake and let cool. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and pie filling. Put in shells. Can use strawberries or cherries instead. |
