CHICKEN AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 box sm. macaroni, boiled (1 tbsp. salt)

Strain and add:

1/2 diced garlic clove
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 thinly sliced breast of chicken
1/2 lb. chopped jumbo shrimp (boiled 3 minutes)
1/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/4 lb. Muenster cheese (LAYERED ON TOP)
2 c. white wine

Bake 35 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven in a casserole dish.
