PUFF-PUFF PANCAKE | |
1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. flour 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk Pinch of cinnamon and powdered sugar Melt butter and pour into 9 inch pie plate. In a medium bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk and cinnamon together with a fork (it will be a bit lumpy). Pour over butter in pie plate. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown and puffy. Take out of oven. Sift powdered sugar on top. Serve with maple syrup or top with any kind of fruit. |
