SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples, peeled and chopped
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. sour cream
6 tbsp. flour, divided
1/4 tsp. salt
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
3 tbsp. cold butter

In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add sour cream. Stir in sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Stir in apples. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine brown sugar and 4 tablespoons flour. Cut in butter until mix is crumbly. Sprinkle over pie. Return to oven for 20 to 25 minutes until filling is set. Cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
