FILLETS EN CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
2 lbs. fillet of sole
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 pinch pepper
1 tbsp. vinegar

Cover bottom of baking dish with bread crumbs and cheese and place fillets on the crumbs. Make sauce of other ingredients and pour over fish. Bake in hot 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, basting occasionally with sauce.
