HOT BEEFS 
3-5 lb. beef, any cut
Lawry's season
Salt and pepper
Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. Au Jus mix
1 med. onion, chopped

In crock pot put about 1 cup water, meat, seasonings, and onion. Cook about 8 hours or until meat is shredded-able. Save meat juice in water. Shred beef. Put back in crock pot with juices. Add Au Jus. Cook at least an hour or as long as you want until serving. Serve on buns.
