1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 sm. can mushrooms, undrained 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. oregano 2 cans of buttermilk biscuits 1 c. (4 oz. pkg.) shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese Brown hamburger with onion. Drain all the liquid. Then add all of the other ingredients. simmer in frying pan. Pat 2 cans of buttermilk biscuits into greased 11 x 13 pan. Pour on hamburger mixture and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
