RICE JELLO SALAD 
6 oz. pkg. cherry Jello
3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. almond flavoring
2 c. cooked rice
1 pt. Cool Whip or whipping cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add sugar, salt, vanilla, almond flavoring and rice. Chill until thickened, then fold in Cool Whip.
