CURRY CHICKEN DIVAN 
3 whole chicken breasts
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. process American cheese, grated
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. bread crumbs, fine dry
1 tbsp. butter, soft

Grease a 2 quart casserole. Cook, bone, and cut the chicken breasts in fourths. Cook broccoli, according to package directions, almost done. Place cooked broccoli in casserole and place chicken on top of broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, milk, cheese, lemon juice, and curry. Pour over chicken. Mix butter with bread crumbs; sprinkle over sauce. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 6.
