CURRIED CHICKEN DIVAN 
3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 (16 to 20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, cooked

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream (or plain yogurt)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. cooking sherry
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 to 2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. sharp shredded cheese

Arrange cooked broccoli in 8 x 12 inch dish. Pour half of sauce over broccoli. Place chicken over sauce. Top with remaining sauce. Combine 1/2 cup bread crumbs and 1 to 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Top with 1 cup sharp cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 8.
