SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
1 c. white Karo syrup
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 eggs
1/4 c. white sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans

Beat eggs thoroughly. Stir in each remaining ingredients, adding the pecans last. Bake in an unbaked pie shell (8 or 9 inch) for 35 or 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
