CRISPY PARMESAN CHICKEN 
6 boneless chicken breasts, split
1/2 c. butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated dry Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley

Mash butter and garlic together with a fork. In a large, shallow dish, combine remaining ingredients except chicken. Coat chicken all over with butter/garlic mixture. Roll in bread crumb cheese mixture. Place pieces on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until chicken is crispy and golden.
