DO AHEAD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. raw macaroni
1 c. tomato soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1/4 tsp. basil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Pepper

Mix all ingredients, adding 1/2 cup water last. Put in 9 x 12 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
