EASTER BREAD 
2 lbs. flour (8 cups = 2 lbs.)
4 eggs
Big tbsp. lard (about 1/4 lb.)
1 tbsp. salt
Pepper
2 pkgs. dry yeast
Fennel seed

Put dry ingredients in one big pot. Mix in eggs and lard. Melt yeast in cup of warm water. Mix into dry ingredients gradually. Knead dough and cover and keep warm until it rises double in size. Roll dough out in two rolls. Braid. Put eggs in brad. Put farina on bottom of pan. Put braided bread in pan. Cover and let rise 1/2 hour. Mix some egg with milk. Brush on dough before putting in oven. Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
