HUMMUS 
2-3 tbsp. olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon (3-4 tbsp.)
1 or 2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
1 (15-17 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained

Measure olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and garlic in blender or food processor. When smooth, add garbanzo beans and blend until mixture is creamy.
