SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lb. bag of OreIda cubed hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
1 can chicken, mushroom soup
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

2 c. Corn Flake crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix together. Defrost potatoes, combine with melted butter, salt, pepper and other ingredients in bowl. Put in buttered 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
